Course Goal
The aim of this course is understanding of the classification, synthesis, SAR and metabolism of major CNS and antiinflammatory analgesic drugs.
Course Content
CNS drugs (general anesthetics, local anesthetics, sedatives-hypnotics, tranquilizers, neuroleptics, antiepileptics, centrally acting muscle relexants) and antiinflammatory analgetics and their classification, synthesis, structure-activity relationships and metabolites
