Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to enable students comprehend conceptual and theoretical evaluations of public services,get to know public services, the structure of social and managerial form of local administrations and understand behaviours of local administration units producing public services.
Course Content
The content of this course consists of the basic concepts of public service, the elements and characteristics of public service.
