Course Goal

At the stage of 3D representation of an architectural product; To construct new designs while increasing the richness of presentation with different materials, methods and techniques.

Course Content

At the stage of 3D representation of an architectural product; Students are informed about model making, different model presentation and techniques and their applications are made. After the theoretical knowledge of model presentation methods and techniques is established, different methods and techniques are tested on the model of a selected architectural structure. During the model making process of the selected architectural product; project analysis, material selection, topography analysis and land model, expression of building elements such as interior space, stairs, roof, door, window, use of various materials and hand tools, individual or group practices.

LO03 While presenting different model making techniques with different materials and unique presentations, it expresses every stage of the design process with three-dimensional forms.
LO04 In architectural design, it creates a three-dimensional visual perception at the stage of harmony of the composition of interior and exterior spaces with its equipment, produces different alternatives and interprets the correct result and presents it in an original way.
LO05 It chooses the truth from different information by analyzing and synthesizing with experimental studies, presents the final product with the right materials in the best way.
