Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to teach students how to create modeling software and project alternatives with a quick method in rock engineering projects.

Course Content

Create and analyse a rock surface (topography); develop a site; model roads, corridors, and slopes; work with survey data; and import and export data. Hands-on exercises throughout the course explore how to create 2D and 3D production drawings

Course Precondition

None

Resources

Duncan C. Wyllie, Cristopher W. Mah, 2005. Rock Slope Engineering.
