Course Goal
Strategic management and basic concepts, process of strategic management, business analysis, strategic planning, determining basic strategies, implementing strategies
Course Content
Explaining any kind of decisions and activities for achiving to gain above the average incomes and strategic competititve power for a business in a changing environment.
