Course Goal
The students are applied basic hydrotheraphy and balneotheraphy methods, tissue protection principles, ambulance of the patient and appropriate therapy after orthopedic injuries, orthopedic surgery by the related physical medicine and rehabilitation physician or physiotherapist.
Course Content
Basic knowledge of Hydrotherapy, hydrotherapy risk and complications, water equipment, water physics, physiological effects of water immersion, WP, hubbard tank, balneotherapy, immersion baths, different aquatic rehabilitation methods are explained.
