Course Goal
Comprehend project types and preparation principles, tenders, contracts, establishment and organization of construction sites, work schedules and Public Works control regulation.
Course Content
Establishment purposes of construction sites, tender construction methods and processes, concept of contract, books kept in the building, preparation of work programs, project stakeholders and responsibilities
