Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, it is aimed that the student will be able to learn the legal regulations of commercial life.

Concept of Commercial Law, commercial enterprises, merchant, trade name, business name, brand, trade registry, commercial jurisdiction, commercial crimes, commercial companies, negotiable instruments law and bills of exchange
