Course Goal / Objective
With this course, the contribution of the structural features of a film to the whole story and the role of determining the theme, and the ways of writing and discussing film culture are aimed to be comprehended.
Course Content
Definition of film criticism, critical methods, film analysis, historical criticism, director's cinema, structuralist analysis, feminist criticism, sociological criticism, psychoanalytic criticism, semiotic analysis.
