Course Goal / Objective
To understand the main concept of business management and also to understand the relations between the business functions and management and have knowledgement of different business managerial approaches

to explain of the main functions of the business with all details, to explain the meaning and the importance of the management and to interpreting of the history of the management, to explain of the main duities and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the plaining duity and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the organizating duities and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the coordinating duities and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the motivating duities and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the training duities and responsibilities of the managers, to explain of the supervising duities and responsibilities of the managers, to interpreting of the meaning of manager and leadership, to explain of the clasical management model, to explain of the neo- clasical management model, to explain of the modern management model.
