Course Goal / Objective
The career planning of each individual is different according to their personal characteristics, interests, talents and values. In this course, students will be introduced to identify themselves about their career goals, determine their abilities, values, and strengths and developable aspects. Brainstorming opportunities will be created with experts in the business world. With these awareness gained at the end of the semester, it is aimed to make short and long term career planning for each student.
Course Content
Career related concepts (Coaching, Mentoring, Self-Efficacy, Self Confidence, Talent, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership etc.). Career planning criteria (personal characteristics, values, SWOT analysis, etc.) brainstorming with individuals from the industry, individual short and long term career planning
