Course Goal / Objective

All cultivated cultivars of tomato, cucumber, watermelon, melon, zucchini, pepper, eggplant etc. cultivated from seed growing to product harvesting from greenhouse grown vegetables are teached theoretical and practical

Course Content

Explain tomato, zucchini, melon, watermelon, lettuce and salad group, growing of bean vegetable species in greenhouse, motherland and botanical features, importance in terms of nutrition and human health, economic values, climate and soil needs, growing techniques
