Course Goal / Objective

To teach the collection, summarization, analysis, interpretation and decision making of meteorological data and to make the students interpret the results of the study according to this principle.

Course Content

Meteorology, atmosphere, energy, heat and temperature, evaporation, humidity, condensation, precipitation, air pressure, winds, air masses, facades, global climate, agriculture and meteorology

LO01 At the end of this course, the student learns the basic meteorological concepts.
LO02 Learns the types of climate observations and measuring instruments. Also, collecting and summarizing numerical data accurately through observation is comprehended.
LO03 The student understands the importance and measurement of climate observations in agriculture.
LO04 Learns climate change and how this change is determined using climatic data.
LO05 Learns how to interpret the results related to the subject and make decisions.
