Course Goal / Objective

To ensure that the basic concepts of Human Resources Management are known and to have practical and academic knowledge about the situations they may encounter in the sector.

Course Content

All sub-functions of Human Resources Management (recruitment process, interviews, career development, labor laws), case studies.
