Course Goal / Objective
To know the materials used in making compost, to learn how to make compost.
Course Content
Definition of compost and composting process, its purposes, the role of microorganisms in compost making, biological and chemical aspects of composting, organic and inorganic materials used in composting, general principles of composting processes, compost formulas and calculations, compost making techniques, pasteurization and disinfection methods, compost making and pasteurization. emerging problems and solutions
