Course Goal / Objective
It is having the necessary qualifications and infrastructure within the scope of monetary theory and policy.
Course Content
This course; Money Concept and Definitions, Monetary Systems and Standards, Money Supply Concept, Central Banks Money Supply Definitions, Money Demand Concept, Quantity Theory and Cambridge Approach, Keynesian Demand Theory, Friedmanian Quantity Theory, Short Term IS-LM Model, Long Term IS- LM Model, Introduction to Monetary Policy Regimes, Exchange Rate Targeting, Monetary and Inflation Targeting, Examples of Monetary Policy in Turkish Economy; includes topics.
