Course Goal

The aim of this course is to teach students the existence and quantity of medicines / poisons affecting the body systems and the theoretical and practical knowledge of the laboratory devices and their principles used for this purpose.

Course Content

Basic laboratory tool and their usage principles, the usege and working principle of spectrophotometry, steps of sample preparation in chromatographic analyzes and its types, genotoxicity and its measurement
