Course Learning Outcomes

Order Course Learning Outcomes
LO01 Learns the differences of insects from other invertebrates (mite, Crustaceae, Myriapoda). Gains awareness of the economic importance of insects.
LO02 Have information about the morphological structure of insects such as the structure of the body wall, head, antennae, mouth structure and types.
LO03 Learns the insect physiology like circulatory system, respiratory system and female-male reproductive system under the heading of the structure and functioning of the internal organs of insects.
LO04 Learns the basic concepts of non-living and living factors in insect ecology and systematic.
LO05 Knows the general methods used in insect control. Knows the differences between these methods and their aim of usage.
