Course Goal

Demonstrating basic swimming skills as one of the sportive activities, and teaching swimming by transferring these skills to others with the right methods, establishing the use and importance of swimming in daily life and in sports.

Course Content

This course covers the skills of movement in the water that the physical education teacher will need, the 4 techniques under the leadership of teaching methods in swimming, the rules and facilities of the competitions with ascents and turns, the usage areas of swimming in daily life and its sportive importance in the professional field.
