Course Goal / Objective

To give the basic concepts of general chemistry.

Course Content

Chemical reactions, chemical kinetics, reaction mechanisms and catalysis, chemical equilibrium, acid and base strenghts, acid and base equilibria, solubility equilibria, thermochemistry, nuclear chemistry and confirmatory and open-ended experiments related to these concepts.
