Course Goal
It is aimed to examine the rights of health workers and patients, to discuss the examples of practice regarding the legal responsibility of health workers due to medical intervention, to examine the institutional responsibility of health institutions and to evaluate the disputes that are brought to the court.

Discussion of current problems in the field of Medical Law in terms of legislation and practice
