Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to give information about joint liability, which is one of the most common legal institutions in practice, especially its origin, sources, and how the amendments brought by the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 are handled in practice. In this context, it is aimed to provide detailed information on how to calculate the recourse claim in the context of TCO 62 and the principles introduced in this regard, and to give information on the recourse order in case of the presence of the insurer in practice, especially in traffic accidents.
Course Content
It is aimed to give information about joint liability, which is one of the most common legal institutions in practice, especially its origin, sources, and how the amendments brought by the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 are handled in practice. In this context, it is aimed to provide detailed information on how to calculate the recourse claim in the context of TCO 62 and the principles introduced in this regard, and to give information on the recourse order in case of the presence of the insurer in practice, especially in traffic accidents.
