Course Goal
In this course, besides career decision-making problems in career counseling services, it is aimed to provide the individual with the skills that support a healthy career process by focusing on the developmental and preventive features that affect the career process.
Course Content
the content of this course consists of future orientation, future vision, job satisfaction, flow, self-efficacy, agility, career adaptability, proactive career behaviors, which are the reflections of positive psychology on the career field.
