Course Goal
Understanding and reading Classical Procedure texts
Course Content
It includes the introduction of classical fiqh texts and sample readings from these texts. It also mentions the main sources of fiqh and the methods of obtaining judgments.
Course Precondition
To be able to read Arabic usul al-fiqh texts
