Course Goal / Objective
The effects of antioxidants on oxidative stress parameters will be examined.
Course Content
Oxidative stress parameters, free radicals, Reactive Oxygen Species, Enzymatic and Non-Ezimatic oxidations and the effects of free radicals on biomolecules will be covered.
