Course Goal

To achieve necessary theoretical and practical design knowledge and experience for the design of embedded systems.

Course Content

This is an advanced course for understanding the current research in Embedded System Development The review of embedded system design issues will be followed by the discussion of architectures of custom single-processors, advanced techniques for programming embedded systems, complex state machines, Hardware Abstraction Level design principles, embedded control systems, and IC design trade-offs.
