Course Goal / Objective
To comprehend optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) method, to teach OSL-based dosimetric material production and to give information about OSL dosimeters.
Course Content
Optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) method, OSL decay curve analysis, OSL measurement systems, Electron traps, OSL and TL traps, The production methods of dosimetric material, The production of OSL dosimeter (OSLD) and dose tests, OSLDs and their properties, The usage areas of OSLDs, Error calculations.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
