Course Goal / Objective

The goal of this course is to learn basic knowledge about high-energy processes that take place in astrophysical sources, To know the theoretical and observational studies of these processes and to highlight the underlying physical principles of high-energy astrophysics

Course Content

Basic physical processes in astrophysics: Ionisation losses, Radiation of accelerated charged particles and bremsstrahlung of electrons,The dynamics of charged particles in magnetic fields, Synchrotron radiation, Interactions of high energy photons, Nuclear interactions
