Course Goal / Objective
To provide the knowledge and experience of the employees about hygiene and work place in the microbiological analyzes
Course Content
Laboratory safety, solution preparation methods, pressure tools and working principles, laboratory pressurized gases, carrier gases, sterile chamber-cabinet operating principles, soil organisms, biological activity, microbiological analysis and safety, sterilization, tindalization, soil respiration, biological activity measurement methods , determination of CO2 production from soil, enzymes, endo-ecto enzymes, determination of Dehydrogenase enzyme activity, safety principles in laboratory analyzes
