Course Goal / Objective
This course introduces the basic principal of nontraditional machining processes, explains the basic components machine tools, explains how products are made, and describes how manufacturing problems are solved using nontraditional machining techniques.
Course Content
Elektro-Deşarj İşleme (EDM); EDM işlemi, işlem parametrelerinin işleme hızı ve elektrot aşınma hızı üzerindeki etkisi, EDM ekipmanının yapısı, elektrot malzemeleri, EDM'li yüzeyler ve EDM uygulaması. Lazer Işınlı İşleme (LBM), Kimyasal frezeleme, Elektro kimyasal işleme, Ultrasonik İşleme ve Su Jeti Kesmenin temel ilkeleri ve uygulamaları.
