Course Goal / Objective
It is to ensure that the appearance drawings specified on the technical drawing, which may be required in the production of machine parts, are measured correctly, surface sensitivity, dimension and geometric values are measured and analyzed.
Course Content
Surface Symbols and Surface Roughness in Technical Drawing, Definition of Tolerances in Technical Drawing, Dimensional Tolerances, Selecting of Tolerances Regions, Meanings of Symbols in Geometrical Tolerances, Shape and Form Tolerances, Profile Tolerances, Coordinating, Placement and Precession Tolerances, Selecting of Datum and Datum Systems, Specifications and Analysis of Geometric Tolerance, Measuring of Geometric Tolerances in Production
