Course Goal / Objective
Students are given the theoretical knowledge of the general structure of the enterprise resource planning systems along with applications of selected ERP software.
Course Content
Basic Concepts of ERP Systems and Its Development, Basic Modules of ERP systems, Materials Management-I (Purchasing and Supply Process), Materials Management-II (Inventory and Warehouse Management), Production- Main Data, Production-Planning Module(MPS, MRP, CRP), Production-Control Procedure module, quality and maintenance management module, Supplier relations management (SRM) Customer Relations Management (CRM) Institutional Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard), Human Resource Management, ERP Packages and Their applications(SAP, LİKOM GUSTO,NETSİS etc.)
