Course Goal / Objective

Bu dersin amacı, nanofabrikasyonun kendi kendine montaj, ince film büyütme, iyon implantasyonu ve litografi gibi prensiplerini öğretmektir. Öğrenciler nanomalzemeleri karakterize etmek için yapısal ve spektroskopik teknikleri öğreneceklerdir.

Course Content

Basic engineering principles of nanofabrication; fabrication methods: self-assembly monolayers, thin film growth techniques, ion implantation, Langmuir-Blodgett multilayer growth; Lithography: photo, e-beam, x-ray, phase-shift, focused ion beam; structural characterization techniques: XRD, SEM, TEM, SPM, AFM; physical characterizations: optical and electrical properties.
