Course Goal / Objective

Teaching engine test systems and their equipment, analyzing and discussing test results

Course Content

Experimental examination and analysis of engines, Fundamentals of research, Classification of engine experiments, Engine performance characteristics and measurements, Dynamometers and test platforms, Engine cycle analysis, pressure transducers, Amplifiers and recording devices, Temperature measurement in engines, Research on combustion, Engine emission characteristics and measurements.
