Course Goal

To teach the issues affecting the performance of the brake system, to teach the calculations of the brake system, to teach the basic elements of the brake system, to teach the types of brake systems

Course Content

Performance of the braking system, friction principles, braking force distribution, braking distance, braking acceleration, braking characteristics of two-way vehicle, braking characteristics of semi-trailer vehicles, disc brakes, drum brakes, parking brakes.
