Course Goal

Gives information on gas chromotograpy system, principle of gas chromotograpy, technics of chromotograpy, theory of gas chromotograpy, the effects of resolution, components of GC, GC detectors, injection systems, sample injection, discrimination and minimisation, column efficiency, general capillary column, fatty acid analyses of seafood and other products, identification and determination of fatty acids.
