Course Goal / Objective

By HPLC; amino acids, vitamins, organic acids, biogenic amines, nucleotide analysis, phenolic compounds analysis, hormone analysis, sterol analysis, aflatoxin analysis and additives

Course Content

In this course, advanced HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) theoretical analysis of the device by the introduction of biotechnology applications will be made. By HPLC; amino acids, vitamins, organic acids, biogenic amines, nucleotide analysis, phenolic compounds analysis, hormone analysis, sterol analysis, aflatoxin analysis and additives.
