Course Goal

Identifies the negative effects of fishing gear and fishing methods used in fisheries in aquatic environment and aims to determine the work to do in order to minimize the negative effects.

Course Content

Polluting effects of fishing gear, overfishing, effects of benthic fauna and flora, ghost fishing
