Course Goal

The aim of the course is to teach the general working rules in the laboratory.

Course Content

General laboratory regulations, responsibilities of laboratory users, tools and equipments used in laboratory, danger chemicals for people and the environment, solutions used in the laboratory, diluted and saturated solutions, molarity and normality calculations, the preparation of different solutions, error sources in analyses, different analysis practices in fish and fish products.
