Course Goal

It is aimed to inform about energy use, cost and optimization in textile finishing.

Course Content

IIntroduction of Textile Finishing Systems and Machines. Energy Requirements in Finishing Processes and Heat Energy Production and Transfer Methods. Determination of Energy Balance in Used Finishing Machines. Determination of the Relationship Between Production and Energy Expenses. Heat Loss Reduction and Heat Recovery Methods. Optimization of Energy Consumption.
