Course Goal

The aim of this course is to introduce the textured yarn production methods and machines used in filament yarn production to improve yarn properties.

Introduction to Textured Spinning, World Fiber and Yarn Capacities, Textile Fibers and Yarns, Texturing Process, Texturing Techniques; Thermo-mechanical Textured Techniques, Mechanical Textured Techniques, Other Techniques, Quality Control of Textured Yarns
