Course Goal / Objective
To provide students to learn microbiological analyzes and interpretation of soil with respect to biological fertility and healthy nutrition of plants.
Course Content
Cultural counting methods, microscopic counting methods, counts based on metabolism, media and sterilization techniques, indicator microorganisms, microbial biomass C and N measurements.
