Course Goal / Objective
It aims to model ecological components within spatial information systems and thus to examine and comprehend the processes for quantitatively estimating of spatial environmental risks.
Course Content
Course content includes from combining spatial-based techniques such as vegetation mapping, anthropogenic impact mapping, change analysis, habitat modelling, topographic analysis, erosion, drought, fire risk and productivity modelling, and multi-component environmental and ecological risk assessment approach.
