Course Goal / Objective
Is to teach students digestive physiology and metabolism in poultry
Course Content
Anatomy of the digestive tract, Feed intake, ingestion and appetite, Transition of nutrients from the digestive tract, Digestive fluid secretions, Liver and bile, Feed absorption, metabolism and excretion.
