Course Goal

According to human anatomical and physiological structure to learn the smooth muscles of the experimental animals, to isolate the rat artery aorta and uterus muscles, anesthetic and pharmacological agents to measure and record the effects of mechanical activity on the smooth muscles.

Course Content

The experimental animals used in biophysical research, the smooth muscles used in the experimental animals and the anatomy and physiology of these muscles are described.
