Course Goal / Objective

To provide information about non-parametric statistical methods, to show the difference between parametric and non-parametric statistical methods, to choose the appropriate non-parametric test when necessary assumptions for parametric tests are not provided.

Course Content

Basic concepts, rank statistics, goodness of fit tests, hypothesis tests for independent and dependent groups, correlation coefficient

To have taken an introduction to analysis (BIS500) course
