Course Goal / Objective

To present and tell cell signaling, cell cycle, cell death, cell renewal and molecular basis of cancer biolgy.

Course Content

Cell signaling, Molecules and receptors of signaling, Intracelular signaling with hydrophobic and hydrophylic receptors, the role of cell skeleton in cell signaling, Signal network, Cell cycle, Eukaryotic cell cycle, Regulators of cell cycle, Cell death and renewal, Programed cell death, Embryonic stem cells and therapeutic cloning, cancer, causes and progress of cancer, tumor viruses, oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes, molecular approach in cancer treatment.
