Course Content

, along with the basic concepts related to talent; the relationship between talent-predisposition-skill, relationship between general and special talent areas and intelligence, dynamic ability understanding based on the theory of static learning, characteristics of talented athlete, talent selection, benefits and approaches, prerequisites for talent selection, structural factors, psychosocial factors, ability in sport selection methods, stages of talent selection, screening areas of skilled athletes - schools - summer sports schools - youth centers, the role of clubs and federations in the education of talent
