Course Goal / Objective
In terms of sportive movement, The aim is to acquire the basic information necessary to establish the structure-function relationship in humans.
Course Content
Anatomy of sportive movement: planes and axes in the human body, somatotype, anthropometric measurements, structure and functions of bones, joints and muscles, basic biomechanical concepts, flexibility and strengthening, neuromuscular basis of movement, movement and circulatory system, movement and respiratory system.
