Course Goal

Giving basic information on architectural lighting, introducing natural and artificial lighting design schemes in the light of lighting standards, emphasizing the importance of lighting-energy relationship

Course Content

Basic and theoretical information about lighting design, the relationship between lighting and architecture, light sources, lamps and lighting devices, energy consumption in artificial lighting, natural lighting systems, artificial lighting design schemes in different functional spaces.
